How do I apply for the internship programs?
Please submit your CV and application here: www.raciproject.org/internship/apply.
We recommend completing the short answer questions of the application on a separate document in case your browser times out before you upload your application. If you have any doubt that your application did not submit properly, kindly email your short answer questions and CV to internship@raciproject.org along with a short expression of interest.
As we often work in remote project sites, please allow 5-7 days to process your application; in the meantime, should you have any questions, post them on our Facebook page or send a contact request via Skype (raciproject) to set up a call.
When is the internship program offered?
No, the next internship program sessions begin on June 15 and July 15, 2012. If you’d like to join our team this summer or thereafter please contact us for a solution.
How long is the internship program?
Interns join the internship program for a duration of two to eight weeks. If you have special circumstances that require arrangements outside of this time frame, please email us.
I’m accepted. Now what?
Now that we are close to the summer sessions it is necessary to immediately confirm your internship placement with a deposit, official flight itinerary and passport copy; please review the Internship Handbook for details.
Once confirmed, the team will join a shared folder with material to review.
Who should I contact about academic credit and scholarship?
The necessary forms for academic credit will be arranged by your university’s internship coordinator. However, if you need any advice we can help.
How long am I allowed to stay in Indonesia with social?
Eight weeks is the maximum. If your circumstances are such that you require a long-term internship arrangement please e-mail your request to internship@raciproject.org for consideration.
Must I book a return ticket?
A return ticket out of Indonesia is necessary for your social visa.
Do I need to bring my own computer?
Yes.
