Operations Management

Operations Management is concerned with the design, implementation and running of any business or organization.

In Indonesia, effective operations management is challenged by differences in traditional cultures, bureaucracy, corruption and ‘rubber time’. The RACI project assists organizations throughout Indonesia to improve management systems and help push initiatives in a positive direction.
